This Shipping Policy applies to all merchandise orders placed through www.nemesisfitness.com and other authorized Nemesis Fitness sales channels.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (event drops, launches, holidays), processing times may be extended.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery windows:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days after shipment
Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of Nemesis Fitness’s control.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Promotions offering free or discounted shipping may apply to select orders and will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Nemesis Fitness ships within the United States unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless explicitly stated.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available unless otherwise noted. If international shipping becomes available, additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Nemesis Fitness is not responsible for:

Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Packages returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Nemesis Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim

Notify Nemesis Fitness so we can assist where possible
Replacement or refunds for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Event Merchandise
For event-related merchandise:

Items may be shipped before or after the event, depending on production timelines

Some items may be pickup-only at the event, which will be clearly stated on the product page

Event merch timelines may differ from standard shipping timelines
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

Nemesis Fitness reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site.
Virtual Race Shipping Disclaimer
Virtual race registrations may include physical items such as race shirts, medals, bibs, stickers, or other promotional materials (“Virtual Race Kits”).
Production & Shipping Timeline

Virtual Race Kits are produced after registration periods close to ensure accurate sizing and quantities.

Please allow 3–5 weeks after the virtual race registration deadline for production and shipping.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability, supply chain delays, or fulfillment volume.
Address Accuracy
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of registration.
Nemesis Fitness LLC is not responsible for:

Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping fees required for reshipment
Multiple Item Shipments
Virtual Race Kits may ship:

As a single package or
-
In multiple shipments (for example, apparel and medals shipping separately)
Tracking information will be provided when available.
International Virtual Participants
Unless otherwise stated:

Virtual Race Kits ship within the United States only

International participants may register for virtual races without physical item fulfillment

International shipping, if offered, may include additional fees, customs duties, or taxes, which are the participant’s responsibility
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a Virtual Race Kit has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Nemesis Fitness LLC is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages

Packages marked as delivered but not received
Replacement kits are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
No Refunds for Virtual Race Kits
Virtual race registrations and associated merchandise are non-refundable, including in cases of:

Shipping delays

Missed delivery
-
Failure to complete the virtual race
This policy exists due to the custom and made-to-order nature of virtual race items.
Virtual Race Completion
Completion of a virtual race is based on honor system participation unless otherwise stated. Shipment of a Virtual Race Kit is not contingent upon proof of completion unless explicitly noted on the event page.
Event-Specific Overrides
Any virtual race with different shipping timelines, international fulfillment options, or proof-of-completion requirements will clearly disclose those details on the event registration page. Event-specific disclosures override this policy where stated.
