This Refund, Transfer & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases, registrations, memberships, and event entries made through www.nemesisfitness.com or authorized Nemesis Fitness platforms.
Event Registrations
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of registration:

All event registrations are final and non-refundable

Registrations are non-transferable

No refunds for:

Scheduling conflicts

Weather conditions

Personal circumstances

Failure to attend

This policy exists due to advance costs including permits, staffing, vendors, shirts, medals, and production expenses.
Event Changes or Cancellation
Nemesis Fitness reserves the right to:

Modify event routes, formats, schedules, or locations

Delay or reschedule events
-
Cancel events for safety, weather, governmental, or operational reasons
If Nemesis Fitness cancels an event, we may (at our discretion):

Offer a future event credit

Allow transfer to a rescheduled date

Provide a partial or full refund only if stated
Merchandise Purchases
Merchandise returns are subject to the following unless otherwise stated:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Sale items are final sale

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
Memberships & Programs

Membership fees are billed as described at sign-up

Memberships may be canceled according to the terms disclosed at enrollment

Past charges are non-refundable

Benefits expire upon cancellation
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Nemesis Fitness may result in account suspension or denial of future services.
Exceptions
Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Nemesis Fitness LLC. Verbal assurances do not constitute policy exceptions.
