Nemesis is a great introduction to Martial Arts. You will get
to meet new people, keep fit, learn fighting techniques and self defense, and
know you will be safe whenever you are out.
Beginners are always given a warm welcome. I enjoy going
because it is always changing. They don't stick to the same thing day in, day
out. After 6 months you will be doing stuff you never even thought of
before!

Rikki-lee
started with
Nemesis
about 18 months ago, at the age of seven, because he was being bullied at
school. I felt he needed to build up his confidence and learn how to defend
himself. Another member recommended
Nemesis
to us as they provide excellent children’s classes.
Rikki-lee
has so much confidence now and is part of ‘Team
Nemesis
’, fighting in competitions and has done very well, winning many trophies.
Rikki-lee continues to enjoy all aspects of the classes, especially the sparring
and is determined to become a black belt.
Nemesis
is a
family orientated club, with lots of the member’s parents joining in for
fitness. They also organise lots of events for the children and adults,
for example, ice-skating at Christmas, bowling, days out at the races and
rounder’s in the summer.
